Description

Avaram is a common tree that has been grown in the surface areas or remote areas like mountains and hills. It is broadly used in traditional Indian medicines to treat many diseases.  It contains 8.8-12.5 cm long leaves and 16-24 leaflets that are 2-2.5 cm long. The bright yellow flower is 5cm across and 2.5cm long. Its fruits are 7.5-11 cm long, 1.5cm broad, and oblong. It includes 12-20 seeds. It also grows near the river beds. The Avaram senna flower has a bright yellow color, and it is also called as Tannes cassia. The dried Avaram Senna flowers and buds include various medicinal benefits.
